To all Brethren of the Gran Logia Nacional De Filipinas, both within our jurisdiction and throughout the world, I extend my warm fraternal greetings.  

It is with profound gratitude, humility, and a deep sense of responsibility that I accept the trust and confidence bestowed upon me to serve as Grand Master of our beloved jurisdiction. This honor carries with it not only privilege, but also the solemn duty to safeguard our traditions, strengthen our institutions, and guide our Fraternity toward continued growth and stability.

As we embark upon this new chapter, let me be clear: our purpose is not to depart from the good work that has already been accomplished, but to build upon them. Every achievement of those who came before us forms part of the foundation upon which we shall continue to labor. We recognize with gratitude the efforts and sacrifices of our Past Grand Masters, Grand Lodge Officers, Venerable Masters, and Brethren whose dedication have contributed to the growth and development of our jurisdiction.

The guiding principles of this administration are simple yet essential:

Continuity. Strengthening. Unity.

Continuity, because meaningful progress is achieved when successful programs, worthy initiatives, and sound policies are sustained and improved.

Strengthening, because every institution must continually develop its systems, leadership, educational programs, charitable endeavors, and administrative processes to remain relevant and effective.

Unity, because no Grand Lodge can achieve its aspirations through the efforts of a few alone. Our strength has always resided in the collective commitment of Brethren working together with a common purpose and a shared vision.

Over the course of this term, we shall continue our efforts to strengthen Masonic education, promote organizational discipline, support the vitality of our constituent Lodges, expand our presence where opportunities permit, and develop projects that will benefit both our Fraternity and the communities we serve.

We shall also pursue greater standardization in our practices, strengthen communication between the Grand Lodge and our constituent Lodges, enhance transparency and accountability in our operations, and continue building systems that will serve future generations of Brethren.

Our charitable endeavors shall remain a priority. Freemasonry teaches us that our obligations do not end within the walls of our Temples. We are called upon to be men of action, compassion, and service. Through organized and sustainable charitable programs, we shall strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those whom we are privileged to serve.

Likewise, we shall continue to preserve and honor our traditions while embracing responsible innovations that improve efficiency, communication, and engagement throughout the jurisdiction.

To our Venerable Masters and Lodge Officers, I ask for your partnership and leadership. You are the custodians of Masonry within your respective Lodges and the vital link between the Grand Lodge and our Brethren. The success of any administration depends not upon one individual, but upon the dedication and cooperation of those entrusted with leadership at every level.

To every Brother, regardless of rank or office, I encourage you to remain active, engaged, and committed to the principles that unite us. Let us demonstrate through our conduct the virtues we profess. “Let us practice liberty, equality, and fraternity not only within our Valleys, but in our daily lives and interactions with all of humanity.”

As we move forward together, let us never lose sight of our purpose. Let us continue to labor with sincerity, integrity, and devotion to the Craft. Let us strengthen the bonds of fraternity that unite us and let us leave behind a legacy worthy of those who will follow us.

May the Great Architect of the Universe guide our labors, strengthen our hearts, and bless the Gran Logia Nacional De Filipinas with peace, harmony, wisdom, and continued prosperity.
